Sales Executive - Utilities Logica is currently looking for a Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for business development focusing on the mid to large Utilities market specifically targeted to software sales, large consulting engagements, professional services, and global out-sourcing programs. Preferred candidates will have experience selling or working for the following companies - AssetPoint, Mintek, Hansen, ESRI, Azteca, NovotX, ABB, Oracle, CGI, GE, SAP, IBM, Invensys. Key Attributes: A Executive Level Sales Management with extensive domestic and international sales experience with strong network within the Utilities Industry A Provide strategic direction for business development initiatives and offer the ability to identify business issues, market trends and customer insights to establish a competitive advantage and create opportunities for growth A Expert in identify prospects, building relationships, closing sales for new and existing Utilities customers A Business development efforts will involve the Logica Utilities product suite (ARM) as well as project management consulting, supplemental staffing, application management/rationalization and blended (onshore/offshore) delivery programs and outsourcing A Utilities IT sales experience with contacts in the top utilities and municipals, etc. A Smart Grid knowledge, demand management strategies, etc. A Willingness to learn about sustainability, electric vehicles A Able to create and develop many small footprints, maintaining strong client relationships for the long term and grow smaller deals into larger deals over time.
