Breast Cancer Awareness Month | Paper Crafts Connection

Holly blog shot 221x300 Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Holly Anderson

I know we like to celebrate silly and obscure holidays and observances here at Paper Crafts Connection, but I know this one is a little more well known and a little less silly. It?s Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

So I?d like to do two things: first, share a sweet card with you, and second, tell you how you can help a great cause.

Here?s a perfect card for our post today by Kelley Eubanks. It appears in 365 Cards on p. 118.

8071617960 dd7cd6ec4d Breast Cancer Awareness MonthWhat a touching card. Find out more about breast cancer, treatment, and find support for patients, survivors, and caregivers at www.nbcam.org.

Now how would you like to support a cancer organization through card making? Aleeza at Card Care Connection is here to tell you how! Take it away!

Thanks, Holly! I?m happy to get the word out about Card Care Connection. Card Care Connection is an organization that provides supportive handmade cards and hopeful messages to those faced with cancer. The organization collects paper-crafted cards that are blank on the inside, adds personalized messages, and delivers them to recipients. This service is provided at no cost to the recipient, so any help with card donations, crafting supplies, or postage donations are welcome. The statistics are staggering; in the United States, half of all men and one-third of all women will develop cancer. Cancer touches all of us. Please help support this mission.

Card Care Connection is always looking for donations of handmade paper-crafted cards that are blank inside. Preferred cards would be A2 size and include unsealed envelopes.? Include general uplifting themes (thinking of you, have a nice day). Please avoid get well soon, religious, and feel better messages.

To donate or learn more, visit our website.

Please mail any donations to:

Or contact me at aleeza@cardcareconnection.com.

Thanks for sharing, Aleeza, and thanks to you readers for checking in. I hope you get a chance to donate a few cards!
