Mass. gas prices drop another 4 cents per gallon

BOSTON (AP) ? Massachusetts gasoline prices are down another four cents per gallon, yet remain well above the national average.

AAA Southern New England reports Tuesday that self-serve, regular is currently selling for an average of $3.61 per gallon.

The local price is down 22 cents in the past month, but still 22 higher than at the same time last year and 17 cents per gallon above the current national average.

AAA found self-serve, regular selling for as low as $3.45 per gallon and as high as $3.87.
