Demographedon

With population growth being what it is in Israel it seems that in a generation of two the Secular Jewish majority will be out-populated by the Haridim (ultra orthodox Jews which i like to identify as Blackshirt's) and the Arabs so there are two questions i want to debate on this topic:

1) how can this situation be averted?
2) is it possible to avert the Demographedon while maintaining a democratic state?
3) what should be done once the secular majority becomes a minority?

This discussion isn't necessarily about Israel and can apply to any nation facing the same situation but I am using Israel as an example.

It is possible that somehow this entire problem will not occur but for now the current forecast is for the 2040's. For now the government is busy on the economic problem the Haridim present which is important but is not the entire issue and also i do not think the secular majority can put aside its left right differences and solve this problem (most of the Haridim do not work and live off welfare)

the date is fast approaching when the secular parties will loss the majority and then its over for the Democratic Jewish state of Israel at least according to the current demographics. So what could be done in such a situation? for the remaining secular population what would be the better alliance? the Arabs or the Haridim?

LOL maybe we can make a role play of a government dealing with such a problem who is for that idea hehe

additional: the reason why i call the Haridim Blackshirt's is because they ware black uniforms and hats, some it seems support a religious fascist state.
